User responsibility
Submitting a public URL does not automatically grant permission to copy, republish, or commercially use a video or its captions. You are responsible for confirming the rights, licences, exceptions, or permissions that apply to your use.
Reporting alleged infringement
Send a notice to support@cuesift.com with:
- Your name and a reliable way to contact you.
- The copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The CueSift URL, task reference, or other information needed to locate the material.
- An explanation of why the use is not authorised.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate.
Review and action
CueSift may request additional information, restrict access to material while reviewing a notice, notify the affected user, or take other action required by applicable law. Knowingly false notices may cause harm and legal liability.
