Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your login credentials.

Permitted use

You may use CueSift only for public videos and other content that you own, are licensed to use, or are otherwise legally permitted to process. You must respect copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, and platform rights.

Prohibited use

• Bypassing access controls, paywalls, geographic restrictions, or account requirements.
• Processing unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content.
• Interfering with the service, probing security, or automating excessive requests.
• Reselling access or misrepresenting CueSift as affiliated with a video platform.

Minutes, payments, and failed tasks

Prices and included minutes are shown before purchase. Minute packages are one-time purchases unless a checkout page expressly states otherwise. A task that fails before completion should release its reserved minutes. Statutory cancellation or refund rights, where applicable, are not limited by these terms.

Service availability and output

Video platforms change frequently, so extraction may fail or become temporarily unavailable. Subtitle accuracy depends on source captions, audio quality, language, and speaker conditions. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or publishing it.

Suspension and changes

CueSift may limit or suspend access needed to address abuse, security, non-payment, or legal requirements. Material changes to these terms will be posted with an updated review date. Questions can be sent to support@cuesift.com.
